Leather Conditioner

This stuff is awesome and is what we prefer to use.  It's an 8oz bottle and can be applied to the leather parts of your bag just as if you were putting lotion on your skin. Do this once or twice a year, perhaps after the summer season, and you'll be doing your bag some major favors in terms of the long term health of the leather.
